Writing is a social act.
That was the first lesson I learned during my first meeting of my first class when I began my Master’s in English program at Western Illinois University.
This is why I’m here. To support anyone in their writing needs. I have vast experience in multiple genres of fiction and nonfiction. I also draw on a long 26-year career in the military. Given that long career, I have served in many countries, fought in wars, and have engaged with many cultures. I am thankful for that service as I consider it a lifelong lesson in cosmopolitanism and global respect. I draw upon these reserves of personal experience to deliver the best writing I can.
